Ingredients:
1 cup White King Laundry soap
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup liquid starch
Directions:
1. Combine soap, water and starch in a bowl.
2. Beat with a wire whisk for 3 minutes
Suggestions:
- Make icy winter scenes or snowflakes by using snow paint on dark black construction paper.
- Add tempera paint or food coloring
