NEW SALMON RECIPE! BAKED SALMON WITH CAPERS!!

Yummy!! Here is another wonderful Salmon recipe for you to try!! We made it last night and it was fantastic!!
Baked Salmon with Capers

Yield: 4 servings

4 6oz pieces of skinned salmon
1 Tbl. fresh rosemary leaves chopped
1 Tbl. chives, chopped fine
1 Tbl. garlic, mined fine
1 Tbl. lemon zest
3 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbl. butter
1 Tea. trocomare

Combine the herbs and spices. Cover salmon well, then marinate 2-3 hours.
Heat Butter
Sear fish on both sides for 2 minutes
Bake 3-5 minutes at 385 degrees

Sauce:

1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbl. dulce flakes
1 Tbl. raw honey
4 oz. extra-virgin olive oil
2 oz. pickled ginger
1 Tbl. capers

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Lower blender speed. Slowly pour oil blend until completely combined.
Sauce hot fish, and sprinkle with lemon zest!!
