- Get Dad or an older sibling to help with the preparation
- Set a tray that includes a homemade place mat. (Have the kids decorate the place mat with construction paper and crayons)
- Pick flowers from the yard or make paper flowers for the tray
- Include a card with a heartfelt note for Mom
- Find today's newspaper and put it on the tray
- Make coupons for Mom as a special gift
- Tip toe to Mom's room and surprise her!
- Make up your own special Mother's Day song for her!
