Disneyland Accommodates Children with Food Allergies

for the full story read it here at The Orange County Register Mom Blog

  1. This story made me tear up. My son is four and we have been living with his food allergies since he was 1. I've always taken his food with us when we eat out or at family functions and birthday parties. He too, has recently started voicing his desire to eat what the other kids are eating. When I tell him he is, he says it isn't the same. It makes me so sad. And I know it will only get worse as he grows older. We took him to Disneyland last year and although I researched ahead of time, I was still unsure of how to actually make arrangements. I am so pleased to read your story and to know that the next time we go, he will be able to eat there like all the other kids. I have started trying out a few restaurants locally for him to eat out at and so far I have been pleased. Thank you for sharing your story!
