Did you know that the FDA recommends consuming at least two servings of fish per week? I know we did not! We were maybe eating fish 2x a month. My husband goes fishing in Alaska once a year and we stock up on fish. After eating Gorton's this weekend the quality was just as good as the fresh fish we frequently eat from Alaska.

All varieties naturally contain Omega-3s, are authentically flame-grilled and expertly seasoned for an irresistible taste, and are an excellent source of protein with 80 to 130 calories per serving.

We were impressed by the fresh flavor of the fish. It was a delicious healthy kid friendly meal. I purchased the grilled shrimp scampi and made a yummy dinner:
