Lean Cuisine - Skinny Cow #31days Challenge Day #3



Today was day #3 of our Lean Cuisine - Skinny Cow 31 day challenge. Here are our weight totals for day #3

Steve weighed in at 187.9 (total challenge weight loss 1.4 pounds)
Shelby weighed in at 157.6 (total challenge weight loss 3.5 pounds)




Today was day 1 for our friend Kelly who is helping support us by doing the challenge with us! See here blog posting here and make sure and give her a high five on her blog!

  2. Very inspirational! Way to go on the weight-loss and I hear you on skipping the skinny cow last night, I did the same thing. But I did add an egg to my diet.
