  1. Hope you are feeling better today Shelby. I agree with what Steve said, I don't use the word diet but a challenge. To me it is a challenge to get me to eat right and lose some weight but also to get back into shape. I'll continue doing this long past the 31 days. I've enjoyed watching the two of you.

  2. Are you guys also doing an exercise program along with this challenge?

    Besides the Lean Cuisine and Skinny Cow are you eating anything during that day that isn't one of these products? Is there a set calorie intake that you are trying not to surpass daily?

  3. Well Shelby.. you look good, even if you aren't feeling the greatest.
    I love that you mentioned portion control.. isn't that the truth?
    That, along with being able to not have to think about what to make for a meal are the keys to making this challenge easy.

    We are going to start exercise at day #15. We wanted our bodies to adjust to the change in what we are eating and then we are going to start exercise. We are going to start out slow with some walking first..working way into some exercise machines.

    We are trying to stay around 1200 for shelby and 1500 for steve. We are eating veggies, salads, eggs, almonds, limited fruits to handle our hunger in between meals.
