Plentiful Pantry Key Lime Cheesecake Bars - Cooking with Kids

A little Cream cheese, butter and water can turn any meal into an amazing meal with this no bake Key lime cheesecake bar. Easy to make and has a light tart filling on a chocolate cookie crust that tastes like you spent all day.

Andrew and I had so much fun making these delicious Plentiful Pantry key lime cheesecake bars. It was so easy and within an hour we were enjoying them. I love cooking with my children. It creates a close bonding that they will remember forever!
