Safeway/VONS 30 Minute Recipe - Unique Lasagna Recipe

I was on the hunt for a unique type of lasagna to make for dinner tonight. I came across this 30 minute recipe on the Safeway website. What I liked about the recipe was that it used wonton wrappers instead of noodles and that it has a bechamel sauce instead of the traditional ricotta.

First I made the bechamel sauce. It was really easy, it just took a lot of constant stirring to create a nice thickness.

After I made the bechamel sauce I layered the lasagna in a pyrex dish. I went wonton wrappers, marinara, bechamel, and then the two different cheeses. I did these four times.

It baked in the oven at 500 degrees for 20 minutes
