I LOVE to cook. I spend so much of my day in the kitchen cooking for my family. I was shocked that I had never heard of Spike before. When I got the spice package I was excited to see all the different flavors and selection that they had.
The best thing that I like about Spike was that it is made with natural products and does not contain any chemicals. I cleaned out some of my spices in my cabinet that are old and have ingredients that I cannot pronounce with my new Spike seasonings.
I first sampled the Veg-it Spike on some cottage cheese. The kids LOVED it! It really gave it a huge kick. Tonight I am going to try the all-purpose Spike on some Cornish game hens for dinner. I will make sure and let you know how they come out.
