Brookstone: The Leader in Specialty Products

Everyone loves to stop in their local Brookstone and come out relaxed from their popular massage chairs. Brookstone has become much more than the unique gadget store they became popular for. Last week I attended an in-store event with other writers. We got an opportunity to test all Brookstone's new products and spend a little extra time in their famous massage chairs. Brookstone is clearly a great shopping place for Father's Day gifts. The selection is vast and the customer service is impeccable.

A cool gift idea for Dad is the Boogie Board. It is well priced at $39.95 and is the coolest writing tablet. It is a great eco-friendly gift and will help save tree's. You can draw, take notes or just doodle without the need of paper or pencil. The LCD tablet will last for 50,000 erases before needing a new battery.

My favorite item in the store was the Zoku. The Zoku maker creates healthy pops fast. Make striped pops, yogurt and flavored core pops in as few as 7-9 minutes. To make Popsicles simply store the compact Zoku base in your freezer. When you’re ready, pour juice, yogurt or fruit smoothies into the molds to make striped pops, yogurt pops or (for the first time ever at home) flavored core pops. Fruit slices, candy and nuts can be added, too. Watch them freeze right on your countertop—without electricity. This cool gadget is priced at $49.95. This item is #1 on my wish list.

We had such a great time testing out all the Bookstone products. It was a lot of fun and I was able to find gifts for all the Dad's and Grandpa's in our family.
