While at Blogher I had the honor of being invited to attend The Big Toy Book Sweet Suite Event. My kids were excited about what cool toys I would learn about at the event. The first thing we did when I met them in the hotel room was begin testing out some of the sample toys from the event.
My kids have been enjoying being a part of my writing by being able to do video reviews. They have a lot of fun and often enjoy using their creativity in making videos. Andrew has recently told me that he hopes to become a movie producer when he grows up.

My kids favorite toy that I brought home from The Big Toy Sweet Suite was The Shoulder Buddy. It reminded me of the popular troll dolls that I collected as a kid. You simply insert a disk under your clothing and then attach the shoulder buddy. It will stay attached to your clothing anywhere you go. My kids have been walking around with the shoulder buddy on some part of their body since we got home from Blogher.
While at The Sweet Suite I had the opportunity to make this cute bracelet for Ella. I had so much fun making it especially for her and I gave it to her as a present when I first saw her. She loved it and has been enjoying wearing it around town. She has customized it with different charms to express her creativity and uniqueness.

I also brought home this adorable Adora doll from the Suite. Ella is an avid doll lover and has a huge collection in her room. She will spend hours dressing and feeding her baby dolls daily in her room. This doll is adorable and just like a real baby.
One of the neatest things I learned at the event was about the website KidzVuz. It is just like YouTube only for kids! Kids can upload their favorite video reviewing their product for other kids to watch. My kids spent hours watching videos that other children had made to see what types of toys everyone has been enjoying playing with.
The Big Toy Sweet Suite was a great part of Blogher. I loved being able to interact with the toy manufacturers and learn about some of the new and coolest toys coming out. I easily planned my kids entire Christmas shopping list while at the event.
I did receive some sample toys while at this event, however all my photos, thoughts and opinions are of my own
