Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort #MickeysHalloweenParty

My children have not been at Disneyland since last Christmas. When they arrived at the park this past weekend, they were excited to see the entire park transformed into a Halloween theme.

We all came dressed in our costumes for the highlight of the holiday season at Disneyland: Mickey's Halloween Party. Mickey's Halloween Party is a special ticket event that takes place on ten special nights during the month of October. The dates for the event are October 3,7,11,14,18,21,25,28 and 31. Tickets are available for purchase at Disneyland.com/Halloween.

When we arrived at the park, we got even more into the spirit by starting the evening with face painting from Debbie in the OC. The kids had fun painting their faces, and even more fun painting my face!

Jack Skellington comes back to the Haunted Mansion for the Haunted Mansion Holiday in New Orleans Square. The Mansion has a mix of spookiness and Christmas tradition inspired by the classic animated film, The Night Before Christmas. While inside the mansion visitors will get to see the traditional Halloween/Christmas gingerbread house inside the mansion ballroom.

Halloween Time at Disneyland offers delightful fun for all children and adults!

Halloween time at Disneyland has new character photo locations.Visitors can meet the Stormtroopers at Tomorrowland, Phineas & Ferb at Plaza Gardens Stage, and Duffy the Bear in his pumpkin attire at Town Square, Main Street, U.S.A. You will also have a unique opportunity to play in Disneyland for three hours before the party starts and ride on all your favorite Disneyland rides!

Once the sun goes down it is time to start trick-or-treating in the best neighborhood in the world: Disneyland!

All of our kids strolled around the park collecting tons of candy. Disneyland also has a great option of a "healthy" treat for your children to chose from. They have the option of apples, carrots and dried fruit. Making Trick-or-Treating safe for children with food allergies too!

After you are done collecting candy, the party gets pumping with a newly themed dance party! You can dance with some of your favorite Disney characters to heart pumping music.

Families can end the evening with a Halloween themed fireworks show. The Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular, hosted by "Master of Scare-omonies" Jack Skellington will be presented exclusively for guests of the Mickey's Halloween Party.

Tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party are available for advanced purchase for $49 most days. If the event is not sold out, tickets can be purchased the same day for $59. All tickets for the Mickey's Halloween Party on October 28th & 31st are $64. Hurry and purchase your tickets today at Disneyland.com/Halloween.

We were provided with press passes to attend Mickey's Halloween Party. All our photos, thoughts opinions are of our own.
