Easy Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

It was no Cinco de Muncho in my house over the weekend. Andrew celebrated his birthday while we were in Florida last week, but he still wanted a mini celebration with his family. Since I had a little procedure done on Friday, we kept the food simple. I had everyone bring a dish - and we enjoyed a simple taco bar.

We made these tacos on Saturday, and have had enough left-overs to eat for the following three days!


  • 1 pound of chicken breasts
  • 1 jar of medium salsa
  • 1 package of tortillas
(That is it!)


Pour salsa over the chicken.

Cook on high for 4 hours.

Use a spoon to break the chicken apart.

Serve on a corn or flour tortilla.
