Yesterday was the 4th of July, and just another excuse to cook! The secret to a delicious pasta salad is always the dressing. My Mother-in-law shared this secret with me when we first got married, and now I pass it along to you!
- 1 box of spiral noodles
- 1 pound of monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 pound of salami
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced olives
- 1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- Good Seasons cheese garlic dressing
First get your kids involved in helping you cook. It will help create a special bond. Next chop the green onion, salami, cheese and tomatoes.
Add all the remaining ingredients into a large bowl.
Now are you ready for the secret? Good Seasons Cheese Garlic salad dressing. I mix it with balsamic vinegar, and it comes out delicious every time. You can purchase the mix and jar at any grocery store - it's old school!
Boil the pasta - let cool - mix with ingredients - add dressing - enjoy!
