Halloween DIY Decorations: Monster Door

Today was day #1 of my Pinterest Project, where I am going to attempt to make one item from my Pinterest Board a day for 30 days. I had pinned three different styles of monster doors on my Pinterest Board, and then made it using my own style.

I have to admit that all three pins on my board talked about how easy it was to transform your front door into a monster - which is not true. It took well over an hour to create my monster, and then the neighbor kids were quick to tell me that "they could do it better."

Supplies I needed to purchase:

• Colored duct tape
• Paper plates
• Sharpie marker
• Monster colored streamers

Step 1: I covered my glass door with the kids art paper.

Step 2: I taped paper plates on the door. Then used duct tape for the features. I also used a Sharpie for the "eye balls."

Step 3: I started adding "hair". This was the part that took the longest, and the hair does tend to get caught in the door when trying to close it.
