The Making of Disney's Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two

Disney's Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is now available in stores. The original game story was co-written by the award-winning American comic book writer, Mary Wolfman, and Junction Point. This is the first video game to be described as "musical," with the game featuring original Disney-inspired music and lyrics.

For the first time, Mickey and Oswald, will join as partners in this fun interactive game. There is a vast amount of possibilities in this new game including 80 years of Disney's forgotten characters, theme park attractions and enhanced in-game physics. The game has endless opportunities for players to explore in the magical world of Wasteland with Oswald right by Mickey's side.

I have grown-up loving Disney, and cherishing my collectables from over the years. One of my favorite parts of the new game is the vast amount of collectables. Disney collectors will delight, with all the exciting things to discover and collect in the game.

Last month, I had a chance to learn about the game directly from the creators of the game. We got a behind the scenes look at how to the game was created by this talented team. We are hope that you enjoy watching the presentation on the creation of the game:

After we were done learning about the game, we got a chance to see Disneyland through the eyes of the Founder and Creative VP, Warren Spector. He was able to show us things that we never knew about Disneyland, while learning what parts of the park inspired the making of the game.

Disney's Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is now available in stores for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, Wii U, PC and Mac.

Disclosure: We were provided with a complimentary copy of the game and attended a media event. All of our thoughts and opinions are of our own.
