The Power of Creativity #PowerCreativity

There is one thing that I love to encourage with my children - the power of creativity. Crayola and Energizer work together to power and fuel the creativity my children need to express themselves. Last week, I brought my children to Books and Cookies in Santa Monica, to learn more about the newest Crayola products for this holiday season and how Energizer will be powering the imagination!

While we were at Books and Cookies the kids, the kids got a chance to explore the newest Crayola products. They created masterpieces with the Crayola products that were all fueled with Energizer.

The Energizer flameless candles are perfect for a home with three busy, active children running around. I have been fearful about using candles with children, but these candles allow me to use candles safely in my home all backed with the Power Seal Technology of Energizer.

The glow in the dark color wonder Crayola paint set provided Ella and her friend Kate hours of entertainment. They created art work that will be hung on our kitchen refrigerator throughout the holiday season.

During the holiday season specially marked packages of Energizer MAX AA-16 and AAA-16 batteries will have special savings on select Crayola products. This saving can come in handy while shopping for the kiddos holiday presents. The Crayola discounts will include:
  • Crayola  Digital Light Designer
  • Crayola Sketcher Projector
  • Crayola Light-Up Tracing Pad
  • Crayola Glow Book or Glow Dome
  • Any Crayola Color Wonder Product

My children love to be artists and read. The Books and Cookies location was the perfect place for them to get creative. The clean environment with inspirational words on the walls inspired them to explore their creativity with the Crayola products.

Ella enjoyed playing with the Crayola Light-up Sketch Pad. This toy is perfect for camping trips or even just quiet time in her room before bed. I loved that the product is eco-friendly, allowing my children to express themselves without having use paper.

Tyler's favorite product was the Crayola Glow Dome. He spent the entire evening expressing his creativity with this product. It immediately went onto his Christmas list after we left the event.

Every Christmas we seem to forget batteries. We find ourselves driving around to different gas stations (the only thing open on Christmas Day) searching for batteries. This year, we are planning ahead by purchasing all the batteries we need to fuel our kids toys on Christmas morning. Knowing the Energizer batteries hold their power up to 10 years on the shelf, I am confident that my kids will have the power when they need it.

Disclosure: "I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Energizer. I attended an event and received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
