Three Cheese Spinach Mini Lasagna

Cooking with kids is one of the funnest things I like to do with my kids. I am always on the hunt for recipes that are simple enough for the kiddos to do most of the steps. It is not much fun for them to "cook" while just watching me. This was Tyler's first time cooking with me alone, and he was able to do all of the steps for this recipe with the exception of putting it into the oven.

  • Muffin Tin
  • Wonton Wrappers
  • Pasta Sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Spinach
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

First start by having your kids put the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin.

Then add all the toppings. Easy peasy.

Cook the mini lasagna at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Tyler was so excited about making this dinner that he even made a menu.

Serve with a salad and enjoy!

  1. That is amazing! I never thought of using wonton wrappers this way! Particularly for me that hates cooking, this is so easy and fun I'm going to try it! I wonder if it would fit cooked ground turkey too!

    Thank you for sharing!

  2. Cute!! I was just thinking we need an alternative to pizza night and taco night. I think we'll add wonton night.

  3. This is clever -- I would have never put the two (wonton & lasagna) together. It's looks pretty too.

  4. Love this! I'm going to try the recipe with the kids this Friday. They love being able to participate in the kitchen and this looks like it would be super easy and yummie!

  5. Cute little boy! The mini lasagna looks so nice.
